Personal information may include some or all of the following:

All of the above information is used in connection with the communication and hiring the equipment for your Event. We only take the data we need to effectively execute our services to you.
How long do we keep your information?
We only keep information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying and legal, accounting or reporting requirements. At the end of that period of retention your data will be deleted.
After your event certain data is removed including all information relating to the event that does not specifically relate to your agreement with D & L Malt Traders Ltd (T/A Meant to Bee). In your contract there is an option to ‘opt in’ to future offers and announcements from Meant to Bee. We hope you will consider joining our mailing list. You can opt out at any time by emailing us to request deletion or by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the email sent.

Third Parties
We do not share your information with any third party that is not directly involved with the communication and deployment of your event.
All our associates are also committed to the security of any shared data and we have assurances of their compliance with GDPR regulations. We request that all data that is shared during the communication and deployment of your event is deleted from their records 7 days after the event. We also have assurances that your data is kept and eventually destroyed in accordance with current best practice security protocols.
Social Media
As part of our service we like to publish images of the Event for the benefit of our customers and clients and also to assist with marketing our business.
It is your choice to opt in to appearing on our social media platforms and/ or our website for promotional purposes. If you agree to this, please tick the box in the contract showing you give your permission for us to use images of your Event in this way.
Website
Our website is SSL certificated in accordance with SHA-2 2048-bit encryption to assure you of security whilst using communication through the website. This is confirmed by the padlock symbol in your browser address bar.
Website Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to assist with the functionality of our website. Cookies recognise your browser or device so that a ‘visit’ is logged with us. The cookies assist our technology to function correctly, such as navigating our page structure or using our contact forms. They are also used by our partners to enhance the user experience with embedded social media feed. Your visit is anonymous to us and we only recognise a ‘visit’ to our website logged by Google (Analytics) or by interacting with Facebook (Social Media).

In order to request a copy of the personal data that Meant to Bee Flowers and Events holds about you, please send your request in writing to the management at the above address. To enable us to verify your identity and process your request, you might be required to include some or all of the following information and documentation with your request:

Complaints
